Feature Requests

Currently, there is no clear way to see which file types are supported by each vendor before submitting a project. I’ve encountered issues where some vendors do not support the CR3 file format. Unfortunately, I usually receive a notification about this issue midway through the project turnaround and typically in the middle of the night, due to time zone differences. This significantly delays delivery, as I then have to manually convert and reupload the files, which can take an additional additional time depending on the number of files. A feature that displays or allows filtering vendors based on supported file types before submission would help prevent these last-minute issues and improve project turnaround times.

Add a function which allow to create sub accounts for editors in a team.

Ability to directly message editor before placing order to confirm availability, edits and any other questions.

Using Pixlmob's "Template" building capability is a great feature for preparing templates for commonly ordered bundles and services where the exact number of single exposures, blended brackets or flambient photos is known and always the same. However, it is only useful if the photographer's bundle, service or package has a known, specific number of photos or items that does not vary. Example: If I offered a BRONZE photo package that always offered 20 photos, I could build a template for this. But, if my packages do not define a specific quantity of photos and varies form shoot to shoot I can't currently build a template for this. I'd like to see the template functionality be modifiable when it is selected to quickly place an order. Example: I should be able to build a template for something like this - Blended Brackets, Fireplace Composite, TV Screen Replacement and Minor Blemish Removal. Then save that template. Then, when I'm ready place an order I can select this template to use and THEN input the number of Blended Brackets...once it's actually known. Thank you for your consideration.

In my profile settings, I'd love to include other email addresses that should be cc'ed on notifications regarding submitted and completed orders.

In some cases, after an order has been submitted, there are changes to the order that need to be made, such as the photographer requested object removal in the notes but did not actually order object removal. The editor need the ability to manually change or add on to the order with additional charges when applicable. This could then get sent to the photographer for approval and payment before the editor continues with the order.

A photographer could leave a tip for an editor if they loved their service.

I am based in Australia, so our currency is AUD. It would nice to show the prices in the respective currency of users based on where they are located or logged in from. I.E I log in from Australia, currency should show AUD instead of USD. This would make it easier for users to keep track of their spending in their accounts and also in their banks.

Currently, if there are multiple items in an order (eg, HDR edits and Single Photo edits) I have to accept the edits for each item separately. While this is needed in case I only accept part of an order, most of the time it would be nice to have an Accept All button to accept all items in an order. This button could also be placed on the "Orders" page on each order so I don't have to click into each order to accept edits for multiple orders.
