Automation for Order Placement and HDPhotoHub Integration

Hi Pixl Mob Team,
I’d like to propose a feature that could significantly improve the order placement process for photographers using your platform. Currently, I use a Google Apps Script that not only pulls property details from HDPhotoHub but also calculates the number of drone and camera photos in my upload folder. It further identifies if there are any video files and checks for agent branding files stored in a separate Google Drive folder. This comprehensive automation helps me streamline my workflow by compiling all the necessary details in one step.
It would be incredibly helpful if your platform could automate the entire order creation process by incorporating similar functionality. For example, the system could automatically gather all relevant media details—such as drone photos, camera photos, video files, and branding files—from designated folders, and then create the order within Pixl Mob. From there, the user could simply select an editor from their vendor list.
Additionally, offering an “unlimited photo” option where pricing is calculated based on the number of uploaded photos (as long as only one type of editing is needed) would simplify pricing and make the entire process more efficient.
This type of automation would save time for both photographers and editors, making your platform even more powerful and user-friendly.

This is a great idea and something we've discussed for a long time. In 2025, we intend to add file uploading and hosting for raw assets (similarly to how we now host finished files) and once we develop this feature, we'll be able to include features like those you've suggested here!
