I think you should rotate the display so that each editor gets to appear on the front page for one day or at least for a few time slots. This would help all editors have a chance to get customers, so no one is left behind. Everyone would be able to earn money and gain more experience instead of only a few people being shown repeatedly. This would make things fairer, and everyone would have the opportunity to make a living and improve their skills. I am a person with disabilities and I need to earn money to support myself and my family. But my profile is always displayed very far down, so I cannot get new customers, nor can I receive more orders. Even returning customers may choose the editors at the top of the page when they see them, so people like me end up unemployed with no orders and no income. These are my honest suggestions for the platform to be more fair and more suitable for everyone.
