Currently, there is no clear way to see which file types are supported by each vendor before submitting a project. I’ve encountered issues where some vendors do not support the CR3 file format. Unfortunately, I usually receive a notification about this issue midway through the project turnaround and typically in the middle of the night, due to time zone differences. This significantly delays delivery, as I then have to manually convert and reupload the files, which can take an additional additional time depending on the number of files.
A feature that displays or allows filtering vendors based on supported file types before submission would help prevent these last-minute issues and improve project turnaround times.
