Including the Order Name in these notifications would make it significantly easier to manage and track communications, especially when handling multiple orders at once. It would also help avoid mixing different order notifications within the same email thread, which can cause confusion and delay responses.

For example, subject lines like:

“You have a new Order – [Order Name]”

“You have new messages – [Order Name]”

This small change would greatly improve workflow efficiency and email management on our end.
