Additional add-on for urgent video delivery

Pixmob should provide an optional add-on service for video editing orders, allowing clients to pay an extra fee for faster delivery compared to the standard delivery time. Because I see many clients want videos as soon as possible, but they choose a vendor with a three-day delivery time and then expect the video in one day. The vendor is forced to complete the video in one day without receiving any extra payment.

I’d love to see an option for expedited edits specifically for “Coming Soon” real estate reels. In my market, agents want these short teasers the same evening a house is shot (or first thing the next morning if they're feeling extra patient lol). These are quick 30-ish-second verticals, face to cam hook and property highlights, not full property videos... but the turnaround time is everything. Right now, I end up staying up way too late stitching them together myself, even though I’d much rather keep that work on PixlMob and support the editing team. This would be such a game-changer for real estate creators trying to keep up with the pace of the market while still outsourcing editing.

Dream Enhance I'm facing too many issues because clients often demand urgent deliveries, even though my delivery time is 3 days. They want the work done in 1 day or even 12 hours, and they insist on using only me on Pixlmob. As a result, I have to edit videos urgently without receiving extra payment for fast delivery. And if we dispute order then its can effect on our profiles. Just facing these issues on Pixlmob.

We would love to add this one day! However, it is very complex to build.
In the meantime, if a customer orders a video and asks for it to be completed sooner than your listed turnaround time, you can decline or dispute the order. You do not have to accept it and you are not required or forced to deliver it any faster than your listed turnaround time.
