Revisions:
CleanShot 2025-06-12 at 13
  • The turnaround time for revisions is the same as the turnaround time set by the vendor for the service, so if the editor's turnaround time for Virtual Staging is 24 hours, his turnaround time for revisions is also 24 hours.
  • When a customer submits revision tickets on a project, the deadline for the project will be reset based on the editor's turnaround time.
  • When an editor delivers revisions on a project and resolves the revision tickets, a customer has 3 days to accept those revisions, request additional revisions, or dispute the project.
  • After 3 days, the project will automatically be marked as completed and the customer will not be able to request additional revisions, dispute an order, or receive a refund.
AI Clips Service Page:
CleanShot 2025-06-12 at 12
  • To make it easier and faster for customers to order AI Clips, we've added a new service page, similar to a vendor's profile.
  • This service page includes a quick link to access the order form, a portfolio of AI Clips examples, and a brief overview of what is included with AI Clips as well as ideas for how this powerful new service can be used.
Account creation process:
New customers can now create a Pixlmob account from several locations within the platform, including:
  • When adding an editor to favorites.
  • When starting an order from an editor's profile.
  • When exploring the marketplace.
  • When visiting the log-in page.
Email verification:
  • New users will need to verify their email address (by clicking a link that is emailed to them) when creating their account.
  • The verification link will expire and a new link can be requested from the user's profile page on Pixlmob.
  • Users will not be able to order projects or access their dashboard until their email is verified.
  • Existing users do not currently need to verify their email addresses to continue using Pixlmob.
Additionally, we've implemented the following for new accounts:
  • New customers can create their Pixlmob account by entering only their first name, last name, email address and password (or by using their Google account).
  • Helpful tips will inform visitors on the site that certain actions, like placing an order or favoriting an editor, require a Pixlmob account and will prompt visitors to create an account.
  • A progress bar will show new and existing users the remaining fields of their profile to be completed.
Downloading delivered files:
CleanShot 2025-06-12 at 12
  • We've added a shortcut for customers to download their delivered files.
  • Customers can still access the menu and click "Get my files" to sync, re-sync, or download delivered files, and can also download from the shortcut.
  • As a reminder, customers do not have to approve or accept a delivered project in order to download the delivered files.
Displaying customer's names:
CleanShot 2025-06-12 at 11
  • To date, when viewing an order, a vendor has only been able to see the 1st word of the customer's business name entered when the account was created. This lack of clarity often made it difficult for vendors to know how to best address a customer.
  • Going forward, vendors will now see the customer's first name that is entered when the customer creates his account.
  • To transition this change for our vendors and to help them easily associate their repeat customers with their correct names, we will temporarily display both the first name and the 1st word of the business name.
  • For example, a photographer named Brad from North 7th has a Pixlmob account. Prior to today, when Brad placed an editing order, the editor would only see "North" listed as the customer's name. Beginning today, editors will now see this same customer listed as "Brad (formerly North)."
  • This change will be reflected in all new orders, emails, notifications, messages, revision tickets, and projects going forward.
