Now, when ordering a project on Pixlmob, customers will have new options for the source files within the order form! Currently, these new options are only available for Image Specialty Services and for Floor Plans and we hope to soon add these options to Image Enhancement and Video Services.
Option 1: Link
Customers can use Pixlmob Hosting + our integrations (currently with Drive and Dropbox) or can paste a link for the source files the editor is going to edit. These options aren't new; they're simply listed on a new tab within the order form.
Option 2: Upload
Customers can choose to upload files directly within the order form. Vendors will download files directly from Pixlmob to be edited.
Option 3: Choose from Project
When adding a service to a project, customers can choose to select recently delivered files from that project as the source for the next service. For example, if your project for Blended Brackets (HDR) has been delivered and you need to order Virtual Staging now for that same project, you can add a service to the project and select from the delivered Blended Brackets (HDR) to send those files to be virtually staged. Similarly, ordering a completed video from AI Clips is now significantly easier and faster!
For Vendors:
When a customer has chosen to upload files within the order form OR when the customer has chosen files from the project for you to edit in the order, you'll now see an option to download the source files.
None of the above changes impact how the files are delivered; however, Choosing from Project will only be an option when the customer has used Pixlmob Hosting for a previous service within the project.
