Since launching AI Clips last week, we've continued to make minor updates to the ordering and delivery processes to improve these workflows, including:
- Allowing customers to select images from a project when ordering an AI Clip.
- Solved a bug impacting some customers experienced when uploading images to the order form for AI Clips.
- Integrated a boomerang function to improve camera movement options for AI Clips.
- Added the option to download delivered AI Clips without syncing.
- Updated the interface for the queue of incoming AI Clips orders.
- Improved the UI for viewing and ordering AI Clips service.
- Added a new dispute reason specific to AI Clips.
Additionally, we've implemented the following improvements for customers and vendors:
- Resolved an issue impacting some customers who were consistently receiving a 401 error when attempting to sync with Dropbox as well as a permissions issue impacting some users with Dropbox Team accounts.
- Added new tabs on the orders page for vendors to better organize and sort their orders.
- Implemented minor UI color and verbiage updates
- Added image and video file size limits for files hosted on Pixlmob
