We've made a few new changes to the platform!
Displaying a New Reminder:
When an editor delivers finished work and a customer chooses to accept the project, we've added a reminder about what it means to accept the edits. Customers can also easily choose to hide this reminder on future projects. Learn more about accepting edits here.
Displaying Editors on the Marketplace:
The service pages on the marketplace as well as filtered results will display editors who are currently Auto-Accepting orders or who are On Hold. Editors who are Not Accepting will still be displayed in search results as well as in your favorites and rosters. Learn more about editors' availability statuses here.
Displaying Customer Names:
When an editor receives an order from a customer, the editor only sees the customer's first name. Additionally, any reviews left by customers on the platform will only display the customer's first name. (Prior to this update, we displayed the name of the customer's business or company as well as the customer's first name.) Learn more about displaying customers' names here.
