We've released several minor improvements and bug fixes to address an issue impacting some users when accessing their files within Pixlmob:
  1. If the vendor's upload of finished files to Pixlmob failed or was otherwise stopped, the service could still be marked as delivered, even though some files did not upload successfully. We corrected this issue and now, an order cannot be marked as delivered (manually or automatically) until the upload is complete.
  2. Vendors can upload files as large as 1 GB to Pixlmob. In the coming 2 weeks, we will include additional file types that can also be supported, such as DNG.
  3. We temporarily lifted the restriction preventing users from sending messages containing URLs.
  4. From the Actions menu in a project, customers can revert to the old system or switch back to the new system as needed to quickly avoid workflow potential disruptions.
  5. When a customer requests revisions, vendors will see a summary of those requests as well as the total number to be resolved before the Submit Edits button will be enabled to deliver the revised filed.
  6. Customers can download videos from Pixlmob.
  7. The total count of uploaded files compared to the total count of ordered files is now displayed to both customers and vendors on the services details page (i.e. 10/12 files uploaded).
  8. To improve an experience for those who use automations with their delivery platform, files will go directly in the root folder designated by the customer when automatically synced. All subsequent exports, including revisions, will be placed in a timestamped child folder within that designated finished files folder.
  9. We fixed a bug to improve large numbers of files that need to be synced.
  10. We clarified the order form to more simply show where customers can designate the source folder and where they can designate a finished files folder. Both of these can still be accomplished by providing link or can utilize our new integrations with Drive and Dropbox.
We value that our customers and vendors depend on predictability and reliability from our platform for their daily workflows and we are committed to ensuring a seamless, simple, and stress-free process for all of our users.
Thank you for your patience and trust as we continue to transform editing outsourcing for real estate media professionals!
