In our newest release, we've added more data to vendor profiles to empower customers when selecting a vendor.
Average Turnaround Time
Each service offered by a vendor will now display his average turnaround time!
- This average will be displayed next to the vendor's advertised turnaround time.
- The average time will only be displayed once a vendor has completed 10 or more projects for that service.
- You can now easily see how consistently the vendor delivers work on time compared to the turnaround time he advertises.

Satisfaction Rating
To provide more clarity and information about a vendor's performance over time, we are introducing an additional rating system aimed at assessing how the vendor compared to customer expectations.
- When the customer approves delivered work from a vendor (or when a disputed project is resolved), customers are now prompted to answer 1 simple question: Did the vendor's work for the ordered service meet, exceed, or fail your expectations?
- Later this year, we will begin displaying a new metric from this data on vendor profiles.
- Customers have the option to leave comments with their rating, which are visible and reviewed only to Pixlmob admin.
- Customers can continue to leave reviews for vendors on their profiles, which will be publicly visible to all.

Required fields on order forms
- To make it easier when ordering a project on Pixlmob, we've highlighted which fields are required to submit the project and order it from a vendor.
- These fields are still not required to save the project to your drafts.
