We've updated the vendor profiles in order to provide better clarity around an editor's availability. You'll now see one of four statuses:
🔵
Auto-accepting:
Vendor is automatically accepting all orders.🟡
On Hold:
Vendor has up to 12 hours to manually accept or decline the order. Turnaround time starts after the vendor has manually accepted the order.🔴
Not Available:
Vendor is not accepting any more orders at this time.🟢
Ready Now:
Vendor is online right now and accepting ASAP work. This status will only show when you've toggled on the ASAP option in the marketplace.
