Editors can now initiate cancellation requests!
A few weeks ago, we introduced a way for customers to initiate a cancellation request on orders instead of disputing the order, when applicable.
Now, editors can initiate a cancellation request as well. This process is ideal for when:
- The wrong service was ordered.
- The wrong quantity was ordered.
- The editor cannot access the assets to be edited.

We've also resolved a few bugs impacting some users as well as some additional improvements:
- The log-in modal was closing out for some users.
- Supporting the download of 4k videos.
- Clarifying reminders and messaging about ordering AI HDR editing of JPG files.
- Supporting larger file sizes and quantities for AI HDR.
- Improved previews of source files.
