In this release, we're adding a new option to approve all of the orders within a project that are delivered and ready for review.
When you have multiple orders within a project, you can now click 1 button to approve all! This will automatically approve all orders within your project that are Ready for Review and do not have any open disputes or revision tickets.
You'll be prompted to confirm this action since there is no way to reverse this step or re-open an order once it's been approved. Learn more here about what it means to approve an order.
Other updates in today's release include:
- AI HDR orders which do not process correctly will automatically fail once they become overdue (after 12 hours). When the order fails, the customer will be automatically refunded and the reason for the failure (if available) will be provided to the customer.
- If an AI HDR order fails, the associated Human Review & Retouch order will automatically be cancelled and refunded to the customer.
- Improved logic for Fotello processing.
- Updated buttons to say Approve Edits (instead of Accept Edits).
- Correct display of New Editor discount on draft orders.
